We currently deliver to most serviceable pincodes within India, including:

  • Major metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune and others;
  • State capitals and key district headquarters;
  • Many tier-2 and tier-3 cities and towns; and
  • Selected remote locations, subject to courier service availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders with a cart value above ₹999 (subject to promos and exclusions).
  • Standard shipping fee of ₹99 on orders below ₹999.
  • Express shipping (where available) may be offered at approximately ₹199 for faster delivery windows.
  • Same day or priority delivery may be available in selected cities at a higher fee (for example, around ₹299), depending on courier partner options and cut-off times.

Exact charges, options and availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and current offers.

Delivery Timelines

Indicative delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities: approximately 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Tier-3 towns: approximately 4–7 business days
  • Remote or hard to reach areas: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Express delivery: usually 1–2 business days where available

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on location, courier workload and other external factors.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time (for example, 2:00 PM IST) are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking link or tracking number from us or our logistics partner.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you can typically track your shipment using:

  • Order status updates in your account, if you are a registered user.

You may also receive delivery status notifications from our courier partner when the shipment is out for delivery or successfully delivered.

Delivery Process and Attempts

  • The delivery executive may contact you on your registered phone number before delivering the order.
  • Please ensure that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the package, and keep any necessary ID proof available if requested by the courier.
  • You may authorise another adult at the same address to receive the shipment on your behalf.
  • Couriers typically attempt delivery up to a limited number of times (for example, three attempts) before marking the shipment as undeliverable.
  • If delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect address, non-availability, unreachable contact details or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, any applicable return shipping or handling charges may be deducted in accordance with our Refund Policy before issuing any store credit or re-shipping options, if offered.

Address Accuracy and Verification

To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full name and complete street address;
  • Landmark or nearby reference, where useful;
  • Correct PIN code for your area;
  • Active mobile number for delivery updates and coordination; and
  • Alternate contact number, if available.

Zica Bella is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by you.

Shipping Restrictions
